- Get to know your Mixologist: David Seidl has built his career over 17 years in the food and beverage industry, working his way from bussing tables to building cocktail menus. Having spent 11 of those years behind various bars in the Dallas and Austin Areas, he has honed his craft and developed a deep passion for mixology. Currently David works for Deep Eddy Vodka, building cocktails with one of the world’s most versatile spirits.
