Get ready to lasso your fitness goals with Wellness Wednesdays on the lawn! Hosted by Cowboys Fit, these fun and challenging classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness routine. With three different classes to choose from, you’ll be sure to find one that fits your experience level.
Led by instructor Cordell Waddey, the first class on March 8 at 6pm is an introduction to fitness, followed by an intermediate class on April 19, and push yourself to the limit with our advanced class on May 24.
